This one is for all my badass boss ladies who want to start 2027 ready to kick work or life into high gear and reach new heights. We’ve all been there. We roll into New Year’s with big ambitions and high hopes. We’ve made the resolution or set the intention, but life gets in the way, and before you know it, you’re back to the status quo - or worse.
Whether you are starting a project, looking to level up your business, or just tired of the way things are at work or home, Rooted In Purpose intends to arm you with some super effective tools and output. I’ll use my background in corporate marketing, independent business consulting, and executive life coaching to help you fine tune your personal or professional brand so that you are undeniably differentiated and poised for success, whatever that looks like to you.

While the itinerary is subject to change depending on weather, guests’ intentions, and our collective energy, some of the activities in mind are:
Brand Clarity workshop - crystallize your brand purpose, positioning, and key communications
Crush Your Goals workshop - setting ambitious goals for the year ahead and putting a plan in place to achieve them
Lightning Round Content workshop - plan months worth of content for all of your channels and maybe even create some of it on the spot
Essentialism workshop - brain dump all of our duties and determine what to do, delegate, or delete
